POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for providing technical support to users and maintaining CCMSD's information systems infrastructure, including hardware, software and network components. This position is responsible for ensuring that the systems are secure, reliable and up-to-date and that they meet the needs of CCMSD staff and stakeholders. Will work closely with other members of the IT Team to troubleshoot problems and implement solutions. Additionally, they will work closely with other CCMSD Departments to understand their needs and recommend system improvements. Will also provide any needed staff training related to CCMSD systems.

Essential Duties / Responsibilities :

Essential duties and requirements include the following (Other duties may be assigned) :

• Provide end user technical support to hospital, clinic, and long-term care staff for Cerner EHRs, Windows 11, Office 365, and other systems via phone, email (Teams) or in-person.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues related to the hospital software, hardware, and network.
• Assist with the implementation, maintenance, and updates of the various

• Ensure the hospital's systems follow all relevant regulations and standards (HIPAA, HITECH, etc.).
