Plays a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for residents within a healthcare services environment by planning, organizing, and facilitating engaging and therapeutic activities. This position focuses on promoting physical, emotional, and social well-being through creative and recreational programs tailored to the diverse needs of individuals. The assistant collaborates closely with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure activities are safe, inclusive, and aligned with care plans. By fostering a positive and stimulating environment, the role contributes significantly to residents' overall satisfaction and health outcomes. Ultimately, the New Activities Assistant helps create a supportive community atmosphere that encourages participation, independence, and joy.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a caregiving, recreational, or activities assistant role within a health care or senior living setting.
• Basic knowledge of activity planning and implementation for diverse populations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to pass background checks and comply with health and safety regulations.
