Primary Responsibilities

• Assist the division and developer partners in understanding requirements involved in the Subdivision Approval and Development Improvement process
• Provide potential solutions and focus in order to meet planned community sales opening dates and ensure minimal slippage of the lots available for sale
• Participate in feasibility studies
• Maintain a written status of each community approval and improvement level which has been verified through the developer
• Identify issues and potential delays in a timely manner
