Summary
To provide clerical and administrative support for the soybean processing plant.
Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to plant supervisors as requested.
- Assist with the documentation, record keeping and data entry of safety programs.
- Assist with entering payroll information, tracking occurrences, and tracking PTO.
- Assist with loading documentation (Oil, Meal, Pellets, Hulls Trucks, Railcars, Containers, Ships).
- Provide assistance with load orders and BOLs for all transport loading and unloading.
- Verify documentation for product loaders; provide load summaries when complete; complete Daily Production Report each morning with updates during the day.
- Perform all purchasing duties as directed (Ordering, Receiving, Planning).
- Perform other task as assigned.
Minimum Education
High School Graduate or GED, further education preferred
Experience Requirements
- 1-3 years of professional related experience
- Strong communication skills
- Strong math skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of standard software applications

Able to communicate on the telephone and use standard office equipment. Able to move freely throughout the facility.
