Role : Backend Java Developer (Mid to Senior Level)
Location : New York City
Work Set-up : Hybrid (3 days per week in the office)
Salary : $100K - $180K depending on experience + benefits package
What You’ll Do :
Design solutions for our business needs
Deploy new features
Scale to tens of millions of customers and devices
Develop quality tools and frameworks
Ensure continuous uptime of our systems
Qualifications :
- Experience building enterprise platforms for high transactional volumes
- Strong knowledge of Java 8+, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud
- Expertise in RDBMS and NoSQL concepts
- Hands-on API design experience
- Experience with microservices and architecture using Spring Boot, RabbitMQ, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Proficiency in event sourcing and CQRS
- Understanding of security, reliability, and high availability
- Experience with Google Cloud and services like GKE, Apache Data Flow, Cloud Functions, and Pub / Sub
- Knowledge of JVM languages like Kotlin and Scala; familiarity with Python, Node.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
