Key Responsibilities

Oversee the integration and controllership of a recently acquired SaaS fintech lending business

Ensure compliance with ASC 310 and other relevant financial guidance

Build a scalable finance platform to support continued growth

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Proven experience in accounting leadership roles

Strong knowledge of technical accounting standards

Experience with financial operations in a SaaS or fintech environment

Ability to manage and align financial operations with corporate standards

Relevant degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
