We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Tallahassee, FL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and managing data in our systems.
This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities :
- Accurately enter and update data into company databases and systems.
- Review and verify data for errors, discrepancies, and completeness.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Organize and manage files and records, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
- Assist in generating reports and summaries as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to improve data management processes.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in data management or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
