Salesforce Business Analyst

Overview

JST is currently seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team.

This is a full-time remote position. JST offers a full benefit package, a collaborative work environment and strong company culture.

The Salesforce Business Analyst will be responsible for the seamless transition of data from the TargetX system to Salesforce EDA.

This role involves assessing and mapping existing data, performing data cleansing, and executing the migration process. The specialist will ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the migration, validate data post-migration, and handle any data-related issues that arise.

Expertise in Salesforce data management tools and techniques is essential, along with experience in handling sensitive data and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Salesforce Business Analyst Responsibilities

• Engage regularly with all stakeholder groups to drive the adoption of ServiceNow products, discuss business drivers
• Experience using Human Centered Design approaches to problem-solving commonly used in process, product, service and system design, management, and engineering frameworks that develops solutions to problems by involving the human perspective in all steps of the problem-solving process
• Experience with evaluating incoming requirements for potential configuration on the Salesforce platform as well as drive quality with all documented User Stories, including actionable technical requirements and acceptance criteria
• Experience enforcing governance over requirements submission, review and approval, Agile sprints, UAT, and deployment and support the team as they fulfill these needs by creating deployable features
• Experience leveraging Salesforce's capabilities, seek process improvements for all related Agile operations
• Experience developing and share reports and dashboards from ServiceNow for leadership and stakeholder status reporting

Salesforce Business Analyst Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Certified Salesforce Business Analyst
• Must be a US citizen
