At Springfield Plastics, Inc., we are continuing to grow and expand. Due to this continued growth, we are seeking an additional CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE to join our already established team! This position will be based at our manufacturing facility located in AUBURN, ILLINOIS.
As a Customer Service Representative, or CSR, at Springfield Plastics, Inc., you will be directly involved in providing the best quality service within the drainage industry.
Our CSR work one on one with our customers as a partner in their business. You will act as a liaison by providing product, inventory and dispatch information.
In order to provide the highest service, accuracy and efficiency must be a priority. The best customer service representatives are genuinely excited to help customers.
They are patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative.
Job responsibilities include :
Communicate with customers, truck drivers and staff via email, phone and in-person
Answer phones and route calls on a multi-line phone system.
Ensure excellent service standards.
Respond efficiently to customer inquiries.
Maintain high customer satisfaction.
Take and monitor customer orders in a timely fashion.
Tracking customer orders, inventory and shipping.
Utilize CRM software to process customer orders and shipping paperwork.
Other duties as assigned

Requirements :
High school diploma or GED
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook
Experience in Microsoft Dynamics or other CRM system preferred
Experience in Data Entry
Phone etiquette
Detail oriented
Multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Motivation to learn new things
Communication skills
Reliable
