The development consultant will play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing our organizational culture, driving large-scale change initiatives, and developing talent management strategies.

This role requires a deep understanding of Industrial / Organizational Psychology principles and a proven track record of successfully implementing change management programs.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Organizational Assessments : Conduct comprehensive assessments of organizational structures, culture, and processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Change Management : Lead and facilitate large-scale change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to operations.
  • Talent Development : Design and implement talent management strategies, including leadership development programs, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Data Analysis : Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of organizational development programs and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with senior leadership, HR, and other departments to align organizational goals with talent management strategies.
  • Training and Development : Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement : Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure buy-in and support for organizational development initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills :

Education : Master's degree in Industrial / Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field.

  • Experience : Minimum of 10 years of experience in organizational development, talent management, or a related field, with a focus on driving large-scale change.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting.
  • Knowledge of change management methodologies and best practices.
  • Certifications : Relevant certifications in change management or talent development are a plus.
