- Troubleshoot & support manufacturing and facility equipment.
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance
- Identify and address any unsafe conditions related to electrical safety, shielding and guarding, safety interlocks, and emergency stops.
Qualifications of Manufacturing Equipment Maintenance Technician :
- A High School diploma or equivalent is minimally required.
- Allen Bradley PLC experience is a plus.
- Other equivalent electrical experience may be considered, but only with a proven record of self-development and continuous learning.
4 years related to automated equipment experience.
- Experience with control and power wiring. Experience with low and high-voltage power.
- Ability to work well with minimal direction and within teams.
- Ability to use hand and machine shop tools.
- Proven solid understanding of mechanical, pneumatic, lubrication, electrical systems, and industrial automation.
- Capable of troubleshooting automated equipment, electronics, sensors, motors, servos, and pneumatics.
- Position will require working in a wide variety of environments including office, laboratory, hazardous chemical production, cleanroom, general production, and warehouse, occasionally outdoors around the site, on roof-tops, in mechanical spaces, interstitial spaces, etc.
