TheResidential Business Development Manager calls on local residentialprospects to develop relationships and gain their flooringbusiness.

Thisis done through prospecting to new potential designers as well asmaintaining and nurturing relationships with existingaccounts.

Theideal candidate must be comfortable with cold calls and dropins tobuild his or her customerbase. Theymust be able to manage a CRM and meet weekly goals for callsmeetings andconnections.

Theywill need to work independently and manage the sales processthrough strong communications skills and excellent customerservice.

Thiscandidate must be proactive and driven to build a customer base andcontinually add new sales opportunities to theirpipeline.

Theywill be encouraged to attend networking groups and develop a strongknowledge of the residential designer industry as well as knowledgeof flooringproducts.

JackLaurieGroup was established in 1950 and now has 5 divisions CommercialResidential Cleaning Services Specialty Surfaces andInteriors.
