Position Summary :

The Senior Administrator is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures to ensure efficient office operations.

The role coordinates and supports projects and initiatives, maintains accurate records, and assists with financial tasks.

They manage vendor relationships, resolve administrative issues, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

What will your job entail?

Responsibilities :

  • Develops and implements administrative policies and procedures to ensure efficient office operations and compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Maintains and organizes electronic and physical filing systems, ensures documents are accurately labeled, stored, and easily accessible for retrieval.
  • Maintains and updates databases, spreadsheets, and other records to ensure accuracy and accessibility of information for decision-making and reporting purposes.
  • Coordinates with external vendors and suppliers, negotiates contracts, processes payments, and resolves issues to ensure smooth operations and cost-effective solutions.
  • Identifies and resolves administrative issues and challenges, proactively addresses concerns and implementing solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Organizes and coordinates company events, meetings, and conferences, contributes to venue selection, catering arrangements, guest invitations, and logistical support.
  • Monitors and ensures compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, such as data protection, privacy, and security measures.
  • Provides leadership and guidance to administrative staff, assigns tasks, oversees workloads, and provides training and development opportunities.

Work Experience :

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Administrative Support with a Bachelor's degree or 3 years and a Master's degree is preferred.

Education :

Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred; Business Administration and Office Management preferred. Any other related discipline or commensurate work experience considered.

Licenses & Certifications :

Preferred : Certified Administrative Professional (CAP)

The target salary range for this position is $89,200.00 - $117,075.00 annually.

The wage range for this role considers many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, licensure and certification, business needs, and market demands.

The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Full-time roles are eligible for bonuses and benefits.
