iTalent Digital is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Technology Practice Group. Preferably a hybrid role in RTP, NC (2-3 times a week) but open to remote in the US.

This is an exciting role for the right individual to continue to cultivate your skills and domain expertise.

The individual selected will be instrumental in helping us continue to deliver excellence to our base of marquee Fortune 500 accounts.

You will be joining a family of other SME’s who have also specialized within this sector.

You will also interact closely with our iTalent Practice Directors, who will partner with you and provide ongoing coaching and mentoring.

The Cloud Infrastructure and Platform team is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator role to support Program Managers in a complex program.

Come be part of the Cloud Infrastructure Platform team where we make all the extraordinary things happen. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective planning, execution, and delivery of critical projects.

Responsibilities :

• Identify and remove blockers in project
• Identify potential risks proactively
• Build an environment of trust where team members feel comfortable giving feedback
• Facilitate project ceremonies including daily stand-ups, scheduling, backlog grooming, solution reviews, and retrospectives
• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage expectations and gather information or updates
• Create communication including meeting notes and status updates to keep greater organization informed of changes
• Drive the creation and maintenance of comprehensive documentation, inclusive work items, projects report updates
• Track and report on project logistics

Required qualifications and skills

• Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or Business Analyst
• Extremely detail oriented
• Experience with Data Analysis
• Excellent communication and meeting facilitation skills
• Ability to drive documentation and maintain detailed records
• Experience with stakeholder management
• Experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Scrumban, and Kanban
• Customer service-oriented with effective time management skills and proactive communication
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Miro)
• Experience with Microsoft Excel
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization

Preferred qualifications and skills

• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) or PMP
• Infrastructure project experience
