Position Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of State Farm experience and hold all necessary licenses.
This role is pivotal in training and leading our team to deliver exceptional service and support to our valued clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the customer service team, ensuring high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing coaching and feedback as necessary.
- Resolve complex customer issues and escalations efficiently and professionally.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve customer service delivery.
- Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 5 years of prior State Farm experience.
- Fully licensed in relevant insurance lines.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve performance goals.
