TheProgram Manager has overall responsibility for directing projectdelivery to drive customer satisfaction and achievement offinancial targets whilst containing risk exposure within theirproject and programs ofwork.
People management experiencethrough the delivery of projects andprograms.
7 10 years of handsonexperience in project management / delivery of endtoendengagements.
PMI certification orsimilar preferred.
Deal Projectand Program engagement.
Supportfor presales and set up of large and complex engagements or projectportfolios at large accounts including strategic projects coveringadoption of multiple Cloud solutions.

Managing allprojectbased escalations and issues through to resolution desirablyin a manner where you are the escalation point and not therecipient of an escalation from senior management within yourProgram.
Able to act as a fullyintegrated member of the Delivery ManagementTeam.
Willing to work in a virtualteam.
Capable of leading andmanaging projects and programs through tocompletion.
Possess strongnegotiation skills and ability to liaise with clients effectivelyand partners at management and boardlevel.
Possess Agile Scrum Masteror Agile experience of projectdelivery.
Experienced as a ProgramManager for a Systems Integrator with project management experiencein large scale high risk or strategicprojects / program.
Demonstratedexperience leading cross functional teams within a formalizedmethodology.
Demonstratedexperience in managing issues scope and quality while bringingprojects to successful completion within the cost and timerequirements.
