Director of Core Engineering

Key Responsibilities

Guide engineering strategy, define roadmap, and drive execution for core infrastructure, APIs, SDKs, and services

Champion best practices in distributed systems, technical design, performance, scalability, and reliability

Partner with product and engineering leaders to deliver seamless platform-wide experiences

Qualifications

10+ years in engineering leadership positions, including 3+ years in a Director+ role

Experience with large-scale distributed systems architectures and data flows

Understanding of cloud-native architectures and technical debt management

Prior experience scaling teams and building partnerships across various functions
