This position is currently a hybrid of both in-office and remote work days. This exhilarating role involves overseeing a select range of vital support services for DHHS, including telecommunications, motor pool, physical security, facility and grounds, mail processing, equipment relocation, and warehouse storage.
You'll also play a crucial part in preparing appropriation requests and budget reports, diving into expenditure and revenue analysis, projecting future needs, and assessing agency workload. Plus, you might even lend your expertise to coordinating office management services and proposing innovative solutions to administrative challenges.

Responsibilities
As a valued member of our team you will :
- Manages accounting or budget activities and provides fiscal information.
- Monitors agency or program budget including revenues, expenditures and budget projection, etc.
- Oversees accuracy of contract tracking system; monitor and improve as needed.
- Develops and / or interprets fiscal statements and reports.
- Generates and monitors work orders, service contracts, etc.
- Coordinates and / or manages support services such as : telecommunications, motor pool, physical security, facility and grounds, mail processing, equipment relocation, warehouse storage, etc.
