Position Overview :

They are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to assume the role of Clinical Supervisor. In this key position, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical staff within their Assisted Living and Memory Support Units, ensuring optimal care and support for their residents.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Supervise and lead the clinical staff within the Assisted Living and Memory Support Units.
  • Provide exemplary nursing care and monitor resident health and well-being.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement resident care plans.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Conduct assessments and contribute to care planning and coordination.
  • Assist in staff training, development, and performance evaluations.
  • Act as a resource for staff, providing guidance and support in nursing care delivery.

Requirements :

Education / Training / Certifications :

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred.
  • Current New Jersey Nursing License is a requirement.
  • Completion of 8 hours of Dementia training is mandatory.
  • CPR certification is required.
  • Certified Assisted Living Administrator (CALA) certification is desired.

Experience :

  • 2-3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a healthcare facility, particularly in Assisted Living and / or Memory Support / Dementia Units.

Skills and Abilities :

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Proficiency in assessing and addressing resident health needs.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance in healthcare.
