- Assisting GM to ensure that our restaurant is fully and appropriately staffed at all times
- Maintaining operational excellence so our restaurant is running efficiently and effectively
- Leading the shift and being a role model for all crew
- Ensuring that all laws, regulations, and guidelines are being followed
- Creating a restaurant atmosphere that both patrons and employees enjoy
- Various other tasks as needed
Previous restaurant leadership experience
- Food, beverage and cleanliness knowledge with ability to hold team to standards
- Proven leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to coach and reinforce standards
