Finance Manager We are seeking an experienced finance manager to lead our company's financial operations and planning. Responsibilities : Prepare journal entry, chart of accounts.
Prepare, perform and analyze trial balance monthly. Perform monthly and quarterly close procedures. Provide revenue recognition per ASC 606.
Provide std cost detail and monthly Std Cost variance detail. Prepare monthly inventory reconciliation with detailed part number report that ties to GL.
Prepare warranty and inventory reserve reconciliations. Prepare fixed asset record details, asset tagging information, gross and NBV along with depreciation recorded;
provide assistance identifying location of assets. Develop and implement financial policies, internal controls, and accounting procedures in accordance with GAAP.
Prepare accurate and timely monthly / quarterly / annual financial statements and reporting packages for executive management.
Ensure compliance with all applicable financial laws, regulations, and reporting requirements. Support with implantation of company’s ERP system.
Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; CPA preferred 7+ years of accounting and finance experience Expertise in GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting Excellent communication and presentation abilities to convey complex financial information (fluent in Chinese is highly preferred) Proven leadership experience managing and developing accounting / finance teams High degree of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to ethical practices Advanced skills in accounting software / ERP systems and MS Office suite We offer a competitive compensation package with excellent benefits in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
