Requirements include, but are not limited to :

• Active CA Care Coordination / Case Management type : Case Management (Utilization Review) license
• 2+ years of Case Management - Case Mgt experience
• This position begins on 10 / 29 / 2024 and ends on 01 / 28 / 2025
