- This is a floating position throughout Auburn (or possibly Covington) to any ICU level patient or below; majority of time (75%) will be spent with PCU level patients in ED overflowMinimum Experience : 2 yearsCertifications : ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, CCRN (preferred)Skills required : cardiac rhythm interpretation and telemetry monitoring, vent / trachs and bipap management, invasive line management, ostomy, general drains, chest tubes, IV medication titration;
- may act as lead in ED holdingConsider first time traveler : YesPatient Types : respiratory failure, ESRD, AKI, COPD, GI bleeds, DKA, sepsis, general post-op patients, CVA’s, ETOH, overdose;
NO craniotomies, major traumas, or major cardiothoracicCharting System & Equipment : EPIC, Alaris (IV Pumps), Pyxis (medication dispensing)Weekend rotation : every other16 ICU bedsBenefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K, weekly direct deposit, and more!
