Salary : $55k-$65k / year

Account Executive - Bloomington, IL

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM-4 : 30 PM (occasional weekends as needed)

Salary Range : $55,000-$65,000

We are seeking a dedicated Account Executive to join our team in Bloomington, IL. This role plays a key part in supporting both new and existing business by ensuring a seamless process between sales and operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage New Business Submissions , coordinating with sales and supporting departments.
  • Deliver Renewal Business Presentations to existing clients, including loss control recommendations.
  • Conduct audits to ensure compliance for underwriting requirements.
  • Work closely with leadership to support sales growth by handling internal business functions.

Expected Results

  • Provide strong internal support so external sales efforts can focus on prospecting and growth.
  • Drive improved sales volume through attention to detail, compliance, and client education.

  • Strong attention to detail with analytical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in person, by phone, and through email.
  • Professional maturity, steady pace, and proficiency in insurance terminology.
  • Insurance industry experience required.
  • Proven work history demonstrating stability and a strong work ethic.
  • Insurance license or relevant degree preferred.
