Responsibilities :

As an International Estate Planning Attorney, you will be responsible for providing high-quality legal advice and support to our clients on matters related to international estate planning. Your duties will include :

1. Advising U.S. clients in the following areas :

2. Drafting U.S. estate plan documents for U.S. clients with foreign assets or foreign beneficiaries and coordinating with foreign counsel

3. Administering estates of U.S. individuals who own foreign assets

4. Advising foreign clients in the following areas :

5. Drafting U.S. estate plan documents for foreign clients with assets or beneficiaries in the U.S. and coordinating with foreign counsel

6. Administering estates of foreign individuals who own U.S. assets

7. Advising clients on U.S. reporting requirements for foreign investments and transfers from foreign entities or people
