- Mission : Develop and master technical skills to achieve Flat Rate Lube Technician Status
- Timeline : 90 Days Trainee Lube Technician may "graduate" to a Flat Rate Lube Technician prior to 90 days
- Compensation : $15 / clock hour
- 40 clock hours 40 X $15 $515 / week
- 50 clock hours (40 X $15) + (10 X $22.50) $825week
- Flat Rate Lube Technician
- Mission : 100% Fixed Right First Time (FRFT) and develop "maintenance" skillset
