We are recruiting for a Territory Sales Manager for our client's Florida-based territory. As the RSM, you will manage relationships with strategic accounts and distributors across Florida and develop new business.
Our client manufactures unique coatings that extend equipment and property life, reduce cleaning costs, save energy on HVAC / R, and create a stain-resistant, wet-looking surface finish.
The ideal candidate has sales and consulting experience in coatings, flooring, corrosion prevention, HVAC, and metal corrosion prevention.
As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be :
- Calling on potential customers such as end-users, potential installers of our products, and potential distributors throughout Florida.
- Work with current customers and generate interest to finalize a sale.
- Interact with existing clients to increase sales and maintain a solid and sustainable future.
- Contact existing customers whose sales may be falling to understand why and determine best practices to increase sales.
- Be responsible for presenting the clients' products used in multiple capacities within the target organizations.
- Working diligently to have products specified within markets where the coatings are performed.
The ideal candidate :
- Self-motivated, responsible, and have sales and consulting experience, preferably in flooring, corrosion prevention, and HVAC within the distributor and end-user markets.
- You should be skilled in communicating with corporate clients and discussing sustainability.
- Working with engineers, specifiers, and companies that will stock and install our client's products.
- Should be verbally skilled and able to make presentations to multiple levels of staff.
- Experience in industrial coatings, floor coatings, corrosion prevention, or a similar background would be a plus.
- Travel will be required and as needed.
- This position reports directly to the General Manager.
