Job Title : Program Manager

Long term contract

Hybrid in Richmond, VA

Overview : As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing a set of related projects within our organization.

You will work closely with stakeholders, team members, and other departments to ensure the successful delivery of all projects within the program.

Your strategic vision, leadership skills, and project management expertise will be critical in driving the program's success and achieving our organizational goals.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a program manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully managing complex programs and delivering results.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on fostering collaboration, motivation, and accountability.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.

• the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
• licensure and certification requirements;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure.

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
