Role Overview :
As an Inside Sales Agent, you'll play a pivotal role in driving sales and fostering strong client relationships. You'll primarily be handling inbound calls from customers seeking auto parts and accessories, leveraging your sales expertise to recommend products, upsell where possible, and ensure customer satisfaction.
This position is a commission based position, but will be hourly for the first 90 days to ensure that each new sales specialist is set up for success.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage inbound sales inquiries and customer orders efficiently and effectively.
Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations to meet customer needs.
Upsell additional products and services to maximize sales opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both business and individual customers.
Collaborate closely with our team to ensure seamless customer experiences from order placement to delivery.
- Car part knowledge preferred but not necessary, we can train you!!!
