KPMG is currently seeking a Lead Specialist to join our Federal Advisory practice.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead complex enterprise environments from a cyber security perspective across the U.S. Federal government space
  • Perform technical zero trust planning, system integration, and / or system verification and validation
  • Develop and maintain an organization's network zero trust strategy, aligning it with business goals and compliance requirements
  • Perform cybersecurity / system analysis, including concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance, and disposal
  • Lead and support for integration of zero trust into systems development efforts through a DevSecOps approach
  • Lead project management efforts for zero trust and cyber security technology and process assessments / implementations, including security architecture, cloud security, DevSecOps, risk assessment, incident response, Risk Management Framework (RMF), penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, vendor and third-party risk management, data privacy and information governance and program delivery
  • Lead the process of identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities

Qualifications :

  • A minimum of five years of experience in Information Security; U.S. Federal government consulting experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college / university
  • Knowledge base in cyber security operations, cloud security, and / or security architecture
  • Experience with business development and client services orientation
  • Functional certification such as AWS, Azure, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Google, MCSE, IAM platforms, IT-GRC preferred; CISSP, CCSP, CAP, CEH, CPT, CISM, CISA, CIPP, GIAC, GSEC, and / or GCFW certifications preferred
  • Ability to travel as required to support firm engagements
  • Applicant must possess a U.S. Government Secret clearance

Any offered salary is determined based on relevant factors such as applicant's skills, job responsibilities, prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications and market considerations.
