Job Overview : We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance and repair tasks across our facilities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical and electrical systems, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment and systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
- Maintain and repair HVAC systems, machinery, and other equipment as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate records.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other team members to improve overall facility operations.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Ability to read technical manuals and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and on-call shifts if necessary.
Physical Requirements :
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Comfort with working at heights and in various environmental conditions.
- Manual dexterity and coordination.
