We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Construction Project Manager with strong estimating abilities to oversee and manage our construction projects from conception to completion.

This position will be based in Arizona.

Senior Construction Project Manager Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion within budget
• Develop accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment
• Ability to travel for onsite work
• Oversee onsite construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards 80 : 20 Office : Onsite
• Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns
• Uphold quality standards and compliance and foster strong relationships with project teams

Senior Construction Project Manager Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field : Preferred
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on commercial or industrial projects
• Solid familiarity and experience with prefab steel construction : REQUIRED
• Proven experience in estimating and cost management, including proficiency with estimating software and tools
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams
• PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus
