Hours Monday - Friday 9 : 30-4 : 30
base wage +bonus for live transfers

Responsibilities
- Operate in a high dial activity environment making outbound calls.
- Call on customers who requested a quote, verify information and transfer to one of our sales agents.
- Maintain a consistent positive attitude to succeed at proven sales company.
- Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team using warm leads and / or the database of prospects provided.
- Manage and update all the leads in our CRM Database.
- Report daily activities in a timely manner to leadership.
Requirements
- Self-Starter able to work with minimal supervision.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Energetic, tenacious and results driven.
- Minimum 2 years appointment setting experience.
- Basic computer skills and experience with standard office programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel etc.
- Must be located in Iowa.
