Vice President of Grain Job
A very successful Ag operation is looking to bring on a Vice President of Grain to lead and manage the organization's Grain Division.
This position is with a fantastic company that offers an excellent compensation and full benefit package.
VP of Grain Responsibilities :
This position is responsible for performance, profitability, business planning, sales and marketing, operations, and management of resources.
VP of Grain Requirements :
- Merchandising and rail experience
- Degree in an agriculture-related program. Relevant experience may be substituted for education.
- 5-10 years of management experience in agricultural and / or Grain industry
- Demonstrated experience in growing a business unit profitably
- Proven leadership skills
- Understanding of grain operations activities and logistics of the company
