The Company is seeking a Head of Health Plan Sales to play a pivotal role in the strategic realignment and revitalization of its sales organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the sales strategy for the Health Plan vertical, with a strong focus on building a robust pipeline. This leadership position involves managing a team of sales professionals, driving new logo growth, and enhancing the company's understanding of the unique dynamics within the Health Plan vertical. The role is ideal for a candidate with deep experience in the healthcare space, particularly in selling technology into the Employer / Health Plan market, and a proven track record as a hunter sales leader with an emphasis on new logo acquisition. Key responsibilities for the Head of Health Plan Sales include leading and managing a team, hiring and developing new members, and serving as a credible subject matter expert with executive presence, capable of engaging with C-level stakeholders. The candidate should have experience selling into mid-size to enterprise Health Plans and Blues plans, and a mix of startup and established enterprise experience is preferred. The role is a strategic investment in a new vertical go-to-market approach, and the ideal candidate will be empowered to own, define, and execute the strategy for the Health Plan vertical, contributing to the company's mission of improving healthcare quality and access while controlling costs.
