Position Purpose
Manages and delivers programs, events, and marketing activities for the Tuck Center for Private Equity and Venture Capital according to Tuck’s mission, strategy, and institutional priorities.
Description The program manager is integral to the Center’s operational success and growth, managing, marketing, and delivering programs and events of keen interest to Tuck students, such as the Private Equity Fellows, Venture Capital Fellows, VCIC : Venture Capital Investment Competition, and the annual Tuck Private Equity and Venture Capital Conference.
In addition, the program manager engages with students, alumni, and colleagues to produce Dartmouth-wide programs. The Tuck School seeks a detail and process oriented professional with interest in business and private equity or venture capital preferred.

Required Qualifications - Education and Yrs Exp Bachelors or equivalent combination of education and experience Required Qualifications - Skills, Knowledge and Abilities 1.
Experience and skill in marketing communications, event planning, and using professional marketing and design software, social media platforms, and website management tools, or the equivalent work experience and education with proven ability to quickly master and adapt to a variety of technology resources.
Experience and skill successfully managing student-facing co-curricular programs for a higher education institution is preferred.
2. Excellent written and oral communication skills, project management skills, and organizational skills with the ability to work independently to achieve programmatic goals.
3. Knowledge and interest in private equity and venture capital and / or business gained through relevant education, personal experience and / or work experience.
Minimum of an undergraduate degree in combination with relevant work experience and passion for private equity or venture capital.
Inquisitive and driven to continually develop knowledge.4. Able to support, contribute to, and strengthen a vibrant, culturally diverse, and inclusive learning community of students, alumni, faculty, and fellow professionals.
