Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

About the Role :
This role involves managing employee relations issues, including investigations, conflict resolution, corrective actions, and terminations.

Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee a team of HR Partners at various levels, providing guidance and support.
- Address employee relations issues, including conducting investigations and resolving conflicts.
- Manage corrective actions and terminations in alignment with company policies.
- Supervise generalist functions related to Benefits, Annual Performance Reviews, Trainings, and Talent Management.
- Collaborate with departments to ensure effective HR practices and compliance.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement initiatives.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations.
- Proven experience in leadership and team management.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, practices, and labor laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
