Software Developer SME - Security Clearance Required
Responsibilities
Peraton is seeking a Software Developer SME to provide proven, industry leading capabilities to our customer. You will be part of an intelligence-driven and threat-focused national security organization with both intelligence and law enforcement responsibilities by providing the investigative and intelligence communities with advanced data discovery, analytics, exploitation, and visualization capabilities through application development and tools integration.
- Work in a team environment to design, develop, and support software system(s).
- Ensure software functions normally through software maintenance, upgrade, and testing.
- Work closely with team members using Business Rules and User Stories as a basis.
- Participate in Agile SDLC activities.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility and the ability to pass a polygraph.
- BS degree and fourteen (14) years of experience with programming and software development including analysis, design, development, implementation, testing, maintenance, quality assurance, troubleshooting and / or upgrading of software systems.
- Three (3) years of experience designing and implementing automated build and deployment pipelines.
- Experience troubleshooting and supporting enterprise applications while maintaining 24 / 7 availability.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with AWS cloud services.
- Knowledge of data acquisition and ingestion of structured and unstructured data sources ensuring quality and data integrity
- Experience with Docker, ElasticSearch, NoSQL Databases, and Azure.

Target Salary Range
$135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
