Position Overview
Navistar's Service Solutions group has an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Manager. The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for maintaining a steady supply of aftermarket parts throughout our parts distribution network while managing a small team.
In this position, you will work with a variety of suppliers, Product Teams, Distribution, and Procurement to stock our shelves with the parts our customers need.
Responsibilities
- Inventory Planning
- Manage Purchase orders as needed - Place orders, move-in / move-out request dates
- Meet with suppliers to define shipment plans and monitor Supplier Shipments
- Balance stock within the network
- Monitor and address customer back orders and provide updates to current status
- Assist packagers and Parts Distribution Centers with priorities and exception shipments
- Manage a small team of planners
Minimum Requirements
- At least 4 years of supply chain, engineering or manufacturing experience
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of supply chain, engineering or manufacturing experience
- Master's degree

Qualified candidates, excluding current Navistar employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
