We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Unit Department Manager RN specializing in Sleep Medicine and Wound Care to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the Sleep Medicine and Wound Care departments.
- Ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Manage and support a team of healthcare professionals, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with other departments to optimize patient outcomes and departmental efficiency.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid state license.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in nursing, with at least 2 years in a management role.
- Specialized knowledge in Sleep Medicine and Wound Care.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
