HOLIDAY POLICY - Must work 2 of 3 holidays. Denote all RTO on submission...

Manager will take either 7a-5 : 30p x 3 shifts and one 7a-3p shift for 4 day work week 37.5 hrs OR 7a-7 : 30p x three shifts...

Block / special scheduling cannot be accommodated unless approved at time of booking; RTO Must be included with submission

BLS Required

2.5+ Years of OR experience required Circulate required; Scrub is preferred Types of Cases / Experience Required : Valve replacement, coronary artery bypass, TAVR, Dissection, transplant, VATs Main OR : Strong experience in General and Ortho,Standard cardiac (Cabg, AVR, MVR), TAVR, TCAR, TEVAR, Heart transplant, Lung transplant, VATs, VADsTransplant experience (at least heart transplant), Standard Endovascular (TCAR, TEVAR, fistulogram) Must have, Endovascular, vascular experience (i.

e. Endovascular AAA, carotid endarterectomy, arteriogram, angiogram, trans carotid artery revascularization (TCAR), AV fistula, Fem,-Pop bypass).

Charting System : EPIC / OR Manager (PICIS) First Time Traveler's Accepted....Scrubs provided .
