ServiceNow Administrator/Engineer
A global investment bank seeks a ServiceNow Administrator / Engineer for the day to day support of the ServiceNow platform, troubleshooting and performance tuning.
This position is onsite 5 days / week in midtown Manhattan.
Responsibilities will include :
- Design, architect, and implement scalable, robust, and secure solutions on the ServiceNow platform
- Collaborate with partners to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into technical solutions leveraging the capabilities of the ServiceNow platform
- Lead the development and customization of ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows
- Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems
- Provide technical guidance and leadership to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards, coding guidelines, and best practices
- Ensure compliance with security standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices in all aspects of ServiceNow platform implementation and usage.
- Create comprehensive technical documentation, including architectural diagrams, design specifications, and user guides.
- Conduct training sessions for partners and end-users as needed.
Qualified applicants should have :
- Over 8 years of IT experience, including 5+ years in ServiceNow platform administration and enterprise architecture
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations
- Proficient in authentication methods, including basic, OAuth2, and certificate-based authentication.
- Skilled in platform maintenance
- Proficient in scripting with GlideRecord and / or PowerShell
- Experienced with ServiceNow development APIs and Single Sign-On configuration and administration
- Holds ServiceNow certification
Nice to have :
- Employee service center configuration and design (CSS, widgets, page flow and frame design)
