Location : Charlotte, NC
We are seeking a full-time qualified professional team lead to provide the following services :
- Team Management : Manages the MORES team and supervises staff members. They also ensure that team members work together effectively to deliver services.
- Crisis Response : Responds to crises and supports team members as needed. They may also conduct assessments of individuals in crisis and develop crisis management plans.
- Program Coordination : Coordinates with other service providers, such as hospitals, clinics, and social service agencies, to ensure that youth receive the appropriate services and referrals.
- Quality Assurance : Ensures that the MORES program operates effectively and efficiently by monitoring performance metrics, conducting program evaluations, and implementing necessary improvements.
- Community Engagement : Builds and maintains relationships with community stakeholders, such as law enforcement, schools, and community organizations, to increase awareness of the MORES program and promote access to services.
- Training : Provides training on the theory and application of MORES services and assists in various ways to ensure the program's success.
- Coaching : Leads weekly team coaching to monitor adherence to the MORES principles and program protocols.
- Supervision : Conducts regular scheduled individual supervision meetings with staff and prepares staff supervision plans.
- Promotes and monitors open communication within the agency and with community and referral partners and stakeholders;
- Advocates for the youth, family, and natural supports in the community;
- Serve as a backup to Program Manager, as needed;
