We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our client's growing team in Fredericksburg, Virginia. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for assisting customers in the call center, specifically those experiencing issues with credit cards.
This position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities :
- Provide assistance to customers whose cards are not functioning correctly
- Support businesses that require new or additional cards for their existing accounts
- Answer inbound calls and provide high-quality customer service
- Manage inbound and outbound calls effectively to resolve customer queries
- Accurately enter data related to customer interactions and transactions
- Schedule appointments as necessary to resolve customer issues
- Maintain accurate customer records within the company's system
- Proficiently use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for data management and documentation
- Handle email correspondence with customers in a professional and timely manner
- Process customer orders efficiently and accurately.
- Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls in a call center environment
- Demonstrated experience in providing exceptional customer service
- Proficient in data entry and order entry tasks
- Strong written communication skills for email correspondence
- Ability to schedule appointments effectively and efficiently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
