Order Support Representative I
In the Order Support Representative position the candidate will be expected to process orders received through various electronic channels (EDI, Esker(email and fax) and the company website) promptly and thoroughly.
This process includes reviewing transactions for accuracy and completeness, exercising attention to detail. You will resolve customer concerns via phone and / or email as required.
In this role there is a need to be able to learn several different systems and regularly use several systems at once. Two monitors are used on a daily basis to support these actions.
The candidate will work with others within the customer service department as well as other departments as necessary.

This a high volume order entry role. To make an impact, speed, accuracy, focus, attention to detail and processes is key.
What You Bring :
- Education : High school degree or equivalent.
- Work Experience : 0-2 years experience in customer service, sales support, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficient communication and computer skills.
- Ability to gain and comprehend company specific product and system knowledge.
- Hands on experience with MS Office with the ability to work in databases entering and retrieving information.
- This is a fully remote role; ability to work independently and prioritize workload.

Compensation : The estimated hourly rate for this position is $16.11 to $27.60 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors.
This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
