Concrete Project Manager- Commercial Construction

Concrete Project Manager Responsibilities :
- Management of all project team members (project engineers, superintendents)
- Mentor, develop and train project engineers for fast-paced growth
- 100% detailed / hands-on knowledge of project scope
- Cost control / monthly status reports
- Challenge and support jobsite and self-perform work team
- Accountable for project completion and financials, critical success factors, and customer satisfaction results
- Coordinate and manage the execution of planning and scheduling of projects
Concrete Project Manager Qualifications :
- Experience reading and understanding project plans and design materials, must be able to accurately read and interpret blueprints
- Understanding of A.D.A requirements, testing and inspection procedures concerning concrete construction
- 5+ years in Commercial Concrete, 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in Commercial Concrete self-performing diverse concrete projects
- Experience doing layouts, excavation, formwork, installing and reinforcing is preferred
