Requirements :
- A minimum of 15 years' experience in the HVAC industry, particularly in roles emphasizing sales and service leadership.
- A proven ability to drive sales growth and operational success within the HVAC field.
- In-depth knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, including technical, design, and regulatory considerations.
- Demonstrated expertise in leading and cultivating high-performing teams.
- A stable work history, ideally with experience in the Phoenix, AZ, market.
- Advanced leadership or relevant field certifications highly preferred.
