Remote Customer Service Representative Chat Specialist
Start Date : 10 / 24 / 2024
Pay Range : $16.50 / hr
Contract Length : 3 month contract (with room for extension and conversion)
Worksite Location : 100% Remote (Available only in CO, TX, & AZ)
Schedule Availability Required : Requires open availability for any 40 hours shift between 6am-5pm Mon-Sun
Job Description :
- The Customer Service Representative Chat Specialist provides premium service and builds relationships with our customers through effective telephone, chat, email and social media correspondence.
- Majority of calls will be discussing logistics of packages, returns and refunds, product questions and warranty questions.
- Will also be assisting customers with product information, assistance with website navigation, and general questions
Qualifications :
- Customer Service - Candidate must have previous customer service experience in which they helped answer customer questions and resolve issues.
- Written & Verbal Communication - All communication via inbound calls from customers, minor email communication and minor chat communication.
- Microsoft Office - Will use basic Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook and Word. Must be comfortable navigating computer while on the phone with customer
Internet must be hardwired and cannot rely on a cell network, or satellite)
Equipment : Fully provided shipped to employee’s residence
Background Check : 7 year standard background
