Qualifications :

Masters degree in Special Education from an accredited institution

Valid licensure as an Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) Teacher by the Minnesota Department of Education

Definitely a plus if you have experience working with children in a school setting, with a strong emphasis on supporting those with special needs
