  • Drive expansion efforts by initiating and coordinating action plans to tap into new business opportunities and penetrate emerging markets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers in trading areas, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Take an active role in developing and delivering training programs for employees and prospective customers.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one reviews with sales personnel to enhance their effectiveness and performance.
  • Support the development and execution of marketing plans for product lines and target markets.
  • Ensure all sales employees meet or exceed activity standards for calls, proposals, presentations, and orders.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills by motivating, managing, and collaborating with all company employees and supplier representatives.
